Sous chef of the NiN kitchen is the right arm of the chef with whom he has already worked at Inkiostro in Parma. Before landing in the kitchen of NIN, Pacifico worked at Condividere and then at Porticciolo - Hotel Belmond Cipriani. Pacifico is a pillar for chef Giacomello who relies heavily on him and his skills.

Restaurant Manager at Ristorante Nin. With a distinguished background spanning both Italy and abroad, including Burgundy, Florence, and Venice, the Restaurant Manager now finds himself on the shores of Lake Garda. Prior to assuming his current position at NIN, he had the privilege of joining the Sommelier team at Enoteca Pinchiorri, serving as Sommelier and Maître Sommelier at Glam in Venice, and Sommelier at the Leflaive family restaurant in Puligny-Montrachet. His culinary journey began at the family restaurant "Ristorante Da Vincenzo" in Tradate. A connoisseur of fine ingredients and exceptional wines, he holds a diploma from AIS and has pursued an Alma Sommelier Master's degree in wine management and communication. Currently, he collaborates closely with Chef Terry Giacomello and his team to contribute to the inception and development of this innovative restaurant project.
Giovanni Boscaro
Sommelier
Dynamic and creative sommelier of the NIN restaurant, he loves to match the chef’s dishes with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with particular attention to natural, organic and biodynamic products.
Before arriving at the NIN he worked at the Oro restaurant of the Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice, at the Zanze XVI restaurant and for a short break at the Geranium in Copenhagen.
